Changes the City Charter to update departmental duties and procedures and eliminate or reorganize certain commissions and advisory bodies. Requires a commission-review task force every ten years.
A yes vote means
Approve the Charter changes and require the Board of Supervisors to amend specified voter-approved laws to carry out some of them.
A no vote means
Keep the existing Charter provisions and voter-approved laws covered by this measure.
Requires a simple majority of votes cast on the measure to pass.
