Proposition G — Allowing Private Vehicles on the Upper Great Highway in Sunset Dunes Park
Would reopen the Upper Great Highway between Lincoln Way and Sloat Boulevard to private vehicles from Monday at 4 a.m. through Friday at 6 p.m., except weekday holidays. Reopening requires necessary government approvals and permits.
A yes vote means
Close Sunset Dunes Park during those weekday hours to allow private vehicles on the roadway; retain recreational use on weekends and holidays.
A no vote means
Keep Sunset Dunes Park closed to private vehicles at all times, with existing access for emergency and other authorized vehicles.
Requires a simple majority of votes cast on the measure to pass.
